The actual onesie is great. Very comfortable, great design and nice materials.
However, I did experience an issue. This does not have anything to do with the onesie itself, but the communication between me and the company. The customer service employee, who responded to all my mails, confirmed that my custom size request was possible (making the onesie larger). When I ordered the item including my custom size request in the Product Notes, I thought the team would adjust the onesie according to it. I wrote that, if there were any questions about my Product Notes, they should contact me (by mail). Now that the onesie has arrived at my location though, I found out that the onesie was only adjusted according to the measurements. This might have been me incorrectly interpreting the response ‘yes, we can make the onesie larger for you’, but it would have been better if they contacted me beforehand, telling me that they can only adjust the onesie according to the measurements.
Besides this example of miscommunication though, the actual onesie is great and the client service employee has been very helpful throughout.
For other customers: if you decide to purchase this, or any other onesie on this website in a Custom Size and you want it smaller or bigger, write down measurements smaller or bigger than your actual measurements. This is probably the only way the onesie will turn out that way.
